How to Fix Invalid DNS Issues

Please contact the appropriate provider based on where your domain is managed:

• If your domain was purchased through Shopify
  Contact Shopify Support directly. They can help you review and correct your DNS records.

• If your domain is managed by a third-party provider (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, etc.)
  Log in to your domain provider’s dashboard to update the DNS settings, or reach out to their support team for assistance.

Important Notes

Shopify can provide the correct DNS records for your store, but the actual DNS changes must be made in your domain provider’s account.
