How to Fix Outdated Content on AMP Homepage

AMP pages are designed as simplified, fast-loading versions of your store pages. As a result, the AMP homepage may look significantly different from your standard Shopify homepage, and the amount of displayed content is intentionally limited to improve performance.

Please note the following important points:

1. The AMP homepage does not automatically sync with your Shopify homepageContent displayed on the AMP homepage is controlled by the AMP template settings within the SEOWILL app. These sections are static and do not automatically reflect changes made to your main Shopify homepage.
2. Outdated content usually indicates an unchanged AMP templateIf older products or layouts appear on the AMP homepage, the AMP template has not been updated. To display current content, you must manually edit the AMP homepage template in the app.
3. Updating the AMP cache does not update template contentRefreshing the AMP cache only clears stored versions of the page. It does not modify or refresh the content configured in the AMP template.

How to Display Updated Content on the AMP Homepage

To show the latest products or layout, go to AMP Template Customization in the SEOWILL app and update the content or product selections as needed.
