"Price Valid Until" Issue
Missing field: priceValidUntil
To resolve the “Missing field ‘priceValidUntil’” warning, we recommend enabling the Product JSON-LD structured data option in the SEOWILL app.
How to fix it
- Go to SEOWILL → Technical SEO → Structured Data
- Enable the Product JSON-LD option

Once enabled, the priceValidUntil field will be automatically added to all product pages. No additional setup is required.
Note:
Google Search Console (GSC) does not update instantly. After enabling this option, please allow time for Google to re-crawl and re-index your pages. The warning may remain visible until Google refreshes its data.
Why does the “Price Valid Until” field show an outdated date in Google Search Console?
Google Search Console does not display real-time data. Since Google crawls pages periodically (not continuously), the date shown in GSC may appear outdated.
However, our development team has confirmed that:
The priceValidUntil field on your actual product pages is automatically updated every dayThis means the price never truly expires, and no action is needed on your side
How to verify the live data yourself
- Open the product page on your storefront
- Right-click → View Page Source
- Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac)
- Search for
priceValidUntil
You will see that the date reflects the current day.
Why does the “Price Valid Until” date always show today? Can I remove it?
The priceValidUntil field is intentionally updated to today’s date every day, ensuring that:
- Your structured data remains valid
- Your product price never appears expired to search engines
Important:
To maintain the integrity of the Product JSON-LD structure, our development team does not recommend removing this field.
Keeping priceValidUntil:
- Will not affect how your prices appear in Google search results
- Helps prevent structured data warnings in Google Search Console
